These terms govern your use of a8advisory.com and any gated area of it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site is operated by A8 Innovation Consultancies Co. L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence 1442344, at P.O. Box 76548, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The public pages are open. The Deal Pipeline is not.

Access to the Deal Pipeline is available only to licensed M&A advisory firms and to acquirers we have verified as professional or institutional. Access is granted at our discretion, individually, following review of a request. There is no self-service route into the register.

We may decline a request without giving reasons, and we may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

Access is personal to the individual granted it and to the firm on whose behalf it was granted. You may not share credentials, and you must tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your credentials.

Access to the Deal Pipeline is granted under a non-disclosure agreement executed before access is enabled. Those obligations sit alongside these terms and continue after access ends.

Information in the register is confidential, whether or not it is marked as such. You may use it only to evaluate a possible transaction for yourself or for a client you have identified to us, and for no other purpose.

This clause is a condition of access.

Listings are anonymized deliberately. The businesses described have not consented to being identified, and in most cases have not consented to being approached.

You must not:

• Attempt to determine the identity of any business described in a listing, whether by cross-referencing the information published, by enquiry in the market, or by any other means
• Approach, or cause any person to approach, a business you believe to be the subject of a listing, unless we have made a formal introduction with the owner's written permission
• Disclose to any person that a business you believe to be the subject of a listing may be open to a transaction

If you identify a listed business by accident, tell us, and do not act on it.

Breach of this clause ends your access immediately and permanently, and we will notify the business owner.

You must not scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract content from the site, use automated means to access any part of it, attempt to gain access to any area you have not been granted, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaches any applicable law.

All content on the site, including text, analysis, frameworks, the readiness assessment methodology, and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it and print a copy for your own reference. You may not republish it, sell it, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and use of the site does not create an advisory relationship. Our full position is set out in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

We do not promise the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including the Deal Pipeline, at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, or anticipated savings, arising from use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it.

We may end your access at any time. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections 4, 5, 7, 10, and 12 continue to apply after access ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it took effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
