Discretion is not a policy here. It is the product.

Every engagement runs under NDA before a single number or target name changes hands, whether you are a fund evaluating a target, a corporate running a live acquisition process, or a family office we have not yet met in person. We do not publish client lists, disclose active mandates, or reference specific deals, institutions, or family names in any public material, including case studies, without explicit, reviewed permission.

The same standard applies across our sister practice, Exit Builders. Whichever side of a transaction you are on, your information is protected on the same terms.

Where we introduce a client to a licensed advisory firm, we tell both sides in writing beforehand, including whether the introduction earns us a fee. We do not make introductions a party has not agreed to. A8 Advisory provides corporate development, analysis, and diligence. We do not negotiate, arrange, or execute transactions.
