We make no recommendation. We publish findings and measurements from our preparation work. We do not express a view on whether any business should be acquired, what it is worth, who should acquire it, or what it would be worth to them. Those judgements are yours.

Information is supplied by the business owner and verified only to the extent stated. Each listing states its basis of information, including what has been externally audited, what has been prepared or reviewed by us, and what has not been independently verified. Nothing outside the stated basis has been checked.

A readiness score is a measure of preparation, not of merit or value. Readiness scores record whether a matter has been established, documented, and evidenced. They do not indicate that a business is a good acquisition, that its financial results are favourable, or that any particular value is supportable. A business may score highly on readiness and be entirely unsuitable for your purposes.

Your own diligence is required. Nothing in the register substitutes for your own investigation, and each listing states expressly what was not assessed. You should not act on a listing without your own advisers.

No warranty. We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing, and no liability is accepted for any decision taken in reliance on one, save for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

An expression of interest does not create an introduction. Introductions are made only with the business owner's written permission, given for the specific counterparty.

Where an introduction to a licensed advisory firm earns us a fee, we disclose that in writing to both parties before the introduction is made. We do not receive a fee contingent on the completion of any transaction.

Any statement about future performance, projections, or expected outcomes is an estimate based on assumptions that may prove incorrect. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
